Explores that relationship with our thoughts and perceptions play in the inception and perpetuation of physical and emotional stress, as well as how individuals respond to situations perceived as stressful.

Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET)

Assist individuals in making difficult lifestyle behavioral changes by understanding the barriers to making the desired changes and developing strategies to overcome these barriers. 

Existential Therapy

Works to help clients gain understanding and wisdom through the anxiety and hardships being faced with current life circumstances by helping find meaning and purpose through one’s hardships and working to cultivate one’s inner strength. 

Exposure Based Therapy

Works to create a safe environment in which a client is exposed to objects/activities/situations that he/she is afraid of and ultimately avoids. Over time the exposure to feared entity reduced fear and avoidance of that entity.
